My Goals

I started this blog with the intention of losing weight. Weight loss was my main goal. But that’s expanded now and although I still want to lose weight, that isn’t my main objective. I want to be healthy. That’s it. I want to be strong, fit and most of all, happy. And I think happiness and having a positive mindset plays a huge role in being healthy, not for your physical self but for you.

I want to be happy with myself and my body and to love and accept it unconditionally because it belongs to me.
