My Goals

I started this blog with the intention of losing weight. In December, that was my main goal. But that’s expanded now and although I still want to lose weight, that isn’t my main objective. I want to be healthy. That’s it. I want to be a good weight, I want to be strong, fit and most of all, happy. And I think happiness and having a positive mindset plays a huge role in being healthy, not for your physical self but for you.

At the end of this weight loss / get fit journey, I want to be confident about my body. I want to be able to go to the beach and wear a bikini and be able to look down and see a flat, toned stomach. I want to be not just skinny, but fit, healthy and confident. I want to be happy with myself and my body.

FITNESS GOALS:

  • Run 5km
  • Do 600 skips on a skipping rope
  • Sprint 100m in 15 seconds
  • Hold the plank position for one minute
  • Hold the wall sit for one minute
  • Do eighty push-ups
  • Do fifty burpees
  • Do forty crunches
  • Put my palms on the floor while my feel are together
  • Do a handstand
  • Do the splits?
  • Build my overall stamina and endurance, flexibility and strength


BODY GOALS:

  • Fit comfortably into an Australian size 8 (some 6s)
  • Get a flat, toned stomach
  • Toned, thin arms
  • Get rid of love handles
  • Look good in jeans
  • Be able to wear a bikini
  • Have a sculpted back
  • Look good in pictures
  • Wear which clothes I want to wear
  • Get toned all over
  • Weigh less than 53kgs (Optional)
  • Have good posture
  • Grow taller (5’9)
  • Live a good, fit, healthy lifestyle

PERSONAL GOALS:

  • Finish my homework on time
  • Study an extra hour every day
  • Pay attention in class and put in more effort
  • Get at least 70% on all tests
  • Ask for help
  • Be responsible and get organised
  • Cook dinner at least once a week
  • Do chores without being asked
  • Keep room clean
  • Save money
  • Become more well-rounded
  • Get more confident
  • Be more patient
  • Be optimistic
  • Go to Church at least once a month
  • Call friends more
  • Work hard and achieve all goals
